Our “new government” is naive, graceless and just plain silly a lot of the time. In this way it mimics George Bush’s odious regime and policies in a servile Canadian way. This could be farce but is too serious for me. I can’t even smile about this kind of trash politics.
It amazes me that Lebanese in Canada can’t distinguish between an insult and a simple allusion to the fact that men and women, homo sapiens, are members of the animal super-species. At least, Guy Fournier has a sense of humour, whereas Harper & Co have absolutely none but lotsa hypocracy!
