I missed this view in 2005 because of a cold and windy overcast

John McVay and I travelled for about 36+ hrs by train, there and back, during a five day trip to Jilin Province from Dalian in Oct 2005. On top of this long drawn out train trip, we spent about 12 hours in a cramped tourist bus. Now I get the view from Panoramio. Sad that I missed the real life experience, but a great digital image is better than nothing.
