Dalian Shell Museum

I and my wife walked up all the steps on the left side of the museum building, or about 300 steps. I posted about this visit a few times in October 2004.

    I don’t get it. This is a museum of sea shells? And it’s in the PRC, but it looks like a brown version of Ludwig II’s Neuschwanstein??

    Do you mean “version”, “knock-off”, or copy?

    Well, I meant that it might be a knock-off, but at any rate, it seems influenced by the design of Ludwig’s place. But in darker brick. I guess it has quite a collection of shells!
