Can you guess who had this rococo palace built?

No, it wasn’t Walt Disney or any of his followers. Would you be surprised to learn that a King of England, George IV, had it built in Brighton near the sea in East Sussex?

And how do you think that it stacks up when compared to La Leopolda, which was built by a Belgian King for one of his mistresses?
