A blizzard of reds, oranges and other remarkable colors. Very Van Goghy!

Monet was more “Van Goghy” at this point of his life because he suffered from glaucoma. The color shift is also due to the glaucoma which gives everything the sufferer sees a reddish tint.

Very interesting. Sounds like a subject for Oliver Sacks who usually writes about how some of his patients find ways to work around neurological issues and function. Later Monet’s were the result of him working in spite of the glaucoma!
